I'm new to the state curious are we able to bring our own cars out here or is it locked up cause I was told heard by a few theres races at a actual track. Like an open to the public track

It's only open when a race is happening. Otherwise it's closed.

On Facebook, look up Sand and Sage Sports Car Club, they have access to the track. It's normally locked but normally has monthly events
