If you get the black card you will be able to workout at other branches but there is a cap on the number of time u can workout at the out of network branchea

Yes not sure about the cap lots of people I know go to the quincy Dorchester and Braintree on with one membership The black card you can bring 1 extra guest I think it's 3 bucks or something for additional people and need photo I.D unfortunately
