I'm not really much for online and I don't know anything about your review, But I know a lot about restaurants I've been at this location for 18 years. Sometimes people come and people go, you might get service from some person and they were only there for a couple days. But yet I still get a bad review. So anyways I can't find your review I really don't know what your talking about. Thank you for taking the time to review us and know this we're always looking to improve and we have fun learning every day.
Has the food improved
I have to agree with the bad food and service. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:15 and finally got our bad food at around 8 pm. Prime Rib was the worst ever couldn’t even cut it so I didn’t get to eat. My family got pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni still had the skin on it. The bacon on the burger was still raw. The cole slaw was sour. The burger didn’t have much flavor. Mac and cheese had some hard pieces and the chicken fingers are just frozen chicken fingers. We never received our appetizer. So needless to say we will never return. It was the first time in my life I didn’t leave a tip and I’m 57 years old.
