No.. you may want to try a pawn shop.. and it would also depend on the rarity of the cards as well some cards are worth more than others.. if you have holographic cards (cards that shimmer) those are worth more! Yu-Gi-Oh cards are also worth money (just a little FYI)
Don't think so but you should call and ask. They may know some place you can sell them
