Does this dealer still service cars? I've been trying to schedule a service appointment for weeks by phone and online, but nobody returns calls and no appointments are available online.

Repeat calling usually right around the time they open will show results because they are horribly understaffed in the service area or the other option with guaranteed results is making the appointment in person

Spam call. That's the only way I can get through. It's annoying, but after 4-5 continuous calls, someone will pick up. It sounds like a complete a-hole thing to do, and I hate that I have to resort to this method, but this method was taken up after was after I too did not get any of my voice messages returned.
