Is this place still in business? The phone was busy since the first snowfall and now it doesn't work at all. I can't find an email and no one responded to my Facebook message. I'm having an issue with my brand new XV2 installed in October.

We are definitely still open Jim. We in in the middle of our busiest part of the year. 8 answer 70 to 100 phone calls per day. So you just need to keep trying or stop in to scedual an appointment. If your having an issue under warranty we will get you taken care of promptly. Otherwise we are out about 2 weeks on service. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. My issue isn't major, so an email could probably suffice until I make time to stop by. I'm over an hour away, so a quick visit with the plow isn't possible. Do you have an email address I can send to?
