You cannot make reservations, per se, but you are allowed to call in 30 minutes before your arrival to get on a list. Once you arrive, you check in, and they then move you to the list to get seating. They will not put you on the initial list for any time that is more than 30 minutes away. I was with a group of 6, and getting on the first list 30 minutes prior made a huge difference -- once we checked in, we were seated within 5 minutes
Yes they do have call ahead for wait list
There is call ahead but it's only to put you on the wait list. Called 40 minutes ahead and still waited over 30 once I arrived.
