Yes and I believe the stores are mostly accessible for scooters.

Since this is a relatively new mall (2 years old) , it certainly would have had to be handicap built to be accessible. I've seen the parking and feel there should be no problems with the scooter.

I am pretty sure while I was there I saw people with their handicap scooters. This should not be an issue at all.

See them there quite a bit.
