Hey donna the techs are avaiable to answer you as each tv and each remote from Comcast works differently so i would suggest calling 1-800- comcast. If it is the voice remote it is simple ... Press the voice activation and just say " closed caption off."
It has nothing to do with the tv, it is the phone number that is being transferred
