I did the same thing and she wouldn't hire me back either when I talked to her a few days afterward. Everyone there is a number to them and can be replaced, the only ones with any kind of job security are the ones that are liked by the higher ups, and who also seem to be able to do what they want without consequences. Ray and I walked out and quit in our cases so we were seen as undependable under pressure and they were under the impression that they would be better off without us.
If U think it's wrong of Charlene go above her to her managers or corporate. My question,,,how did ur he leave? Was it on good terms or in the middle of a shift etc???
