Dress code for Sunday brunch is very casual. We have been there in beach wear most often(shirt, shoes required). Dinner is slightly more formal. Simply a nice shirt and trousers or shorts will suffice. Fancier is, obviously, perfectly acceptable. If you are doing a late night at the bar typical attire is sun-dresses and slacks and shirts. A nicer pair of jeans will do the trick as well.
Dinner dress code is business casual. You will see anything from polo shirts and slacks to full suits. Women's dinner attire ranges from cocktail dresses to floor-length gowns. Sunday brunch would be more country club attire. Polos with chinos or khakis for men, sundresses or a blouse with Bermuda shorts on women. You could get away with dark-wash jeans for either gender late night at the bar paired with a nice shirt. When in doubt, dress up. You can't be overdressed at Caretta.
