They offer many gluten free options, but since it is a pasta restaurant, clearly it is not a gluten free kitchen. So it depends on why you are gluten free. I do not know of any 100% gluten free kitchens in the area. They do have gluten free salad dressing and they make gluten free manicotti their Alfredo and Marinera sauces are gluten free. Also, they are super accomodating if you call with special requests so I imagine they would change gloves if you made them aware.
They do offer gluten free options. However I witnessed them not changing their gloves when touching something with gluten and prepping items that are supposed to be gluten free
