Thank you for your question John! The Old State House is comprised of exhibits on 3 floors with a main spiral staircase connecting them. There are also stairs to enter and exit the building with railings on either side. While the building is not currently handicap accessible at this time, there are great informative exhibits on the main floor that are easily navigable once you are in the building.
Was here last month, it is not yet handicap accessible. Sometime in the future the non-profit that owns it hopes to have it retrofitted
I don't remember there being an elevator. It's an old house with stairs and even the entrance didn't have a ramp AFAIK. However, there have been renovations in the last 2 years so maybe things have changed.
