The prices vary depending on what size room you need and when you are looking to book. I recently went to a reunion in the lower level, in a room adjacent to the main bar. The benefits of that is you don't have to pay the extra fee for a bartender (if bar service is wanted). There is a large private banquet hall available on the main level that I rented years ago for a baby shower. I believe you can get a discounted if you or a family member are a member, but the prices will vary depending on several factors. You can definitely bring your own food.
