Yes, there are height requirements for junior and adult drivers. Adults have to be 58-in to race an adult karts, and Junior Racers have to be 48-in tall to race in the junior karts.

I believe he has to be a certain height to ride. You may have to call K1.
They have junior carts that don't go nearly as fast as the adult ones, however they are single seat. You can't just hold down the gas and drive with these Karts.
I think a height requirement I would call but I've seen like 6 year old racers drive alone.
