What problems are you talking about? I can tell you that I've had two cartridges that wouldn't let you draw anything. They exchanged them without a hassle.

They're in the middle of switching their vape carts. They used to be Prime and now they're calling it Pure. I have had a few clogged Prime carts but have yet to have an issue with the Pure line. I am NOT a fan of the metered dispensed version of anything. In my opinion, there's too much waste of product since then pens leak and a distillate gets stuck in the pen top. Personally, I wait until there is a sale. I refuse to pay $50+ for 1/2 gram cart cut or not.
