Online order or call and order the night before..this gives them time to get your order ready.. they will also tell you what is in stock right on the phone! Muv went above and beyond once again to help me out. I think you will find the service now is even better with the new call.center they have up and running now...the care team.
Place your order online. Wait for your confirmation from Jane (via text) and head to the express window at the dispensary. Trying to get someone on the phone, ESPECIALLY during the 25% off entire order sale, is close to impossible. They did not have an answering service during their 4/20 sale and the only time you could actually speak to a human was at exactly 10am. I've found their website to be pretty accurate these days as well.
