If you mean a prescription provided by a Dr. the answer is yes. Marijuana is only legal for medical reasons in Florida. Once you receive a card and RX, you can make purchases at a dispensary. Also, i will tell you that any kind of marijuana smoking is still illegal. The dispensaries here are only allowed to sell vapor/drops/edibles, so flower remains illegal even to those with a medical necessity.
