Create a MyLowes account. Once you have go to mylowes/military.com. Have your dd214 handy because you'll need it. If you have trouble there's a toll free number on the site you can call for assistance.

Simply show your military ID. You can also get a mylowes card and register it for verification thru ID.me and show your DD214 to customer service.
