Vidcon is not owned by Anaheim Convention Center so they have no control over where Vidcon will take place or timing, also for the time being Vidcon will most likely stay in Southern California due to attendance rates, easy location acsess for creators due to many of them living in SoCal and for Vidcon staff. There has not been any word of Vidcon moving from ACC so don't expect them to move it and if they did move it it would be in a world city such as New York or Chicago due to marketing factors
