There are 2 hour free lots local to the center if you are there for a short time. You may need to validate at a local establishment like maybe Starbucks. These lots are also half of the Convention Center parking lot for a full day. ($6 vs $12). In February 2019 they were renovating the lots so pricing may be changing also.
