To claim you points they send you a text message or email Whit a code show the code on you way out to the cashier to redeem the credit check you paid ck for you points.
Ask the manager, or at any register you can check your points with your phone number, or if you signed up with your email they usually send emails with your points and possible products you can get based on the number of points you've earned...
When u pay for ur purchase put ur phone number in and ur points will come up. Every week there is 4 items for discount u could claim ur points on the items
