If they are under 6 they can come for free. Not against poli but try to remember you're going to be there for hours and it is not the best place to have children running around if you can't tend to them. If you're asking if they can vend then no. Over age 6 needs a ticket I believe.
The center does not have any requirements or policy that says kids can't be present. The specific event however does have the ability to say children are not allowed in their event.
When moving in and out there can be forklifts and other equipment being used . So no , children are not allowed
