No. Not in my opinion anyway. It is a nice location and they have good service, so it is going to be more than Chipotle, but a bargain for what you are getting.
It will depend on your definition of spendy. It's quite spendy compared to Taco Bell, but the quality of the food is so far above, it can be worth the extra investment.
