Manager or asosiates do not care about the costumer need help in the atore i reach at store at 8.30 pm in the store selvador is the manager i col 2 time to the costomer service for help seems standing inside store no value for costomer time

It all depends on what time you go. If you need help, go early in the morning or after 11pm. If you you don't know you will need help, go to a 24 hour store at those hours. Also, no long lines!

I have to agree with Maria. I shop at the one in Buena Park . I have mostly experienced good customer service there .

No it doesnt depend on time of day. Customers can NEVER find an employee for help. Typical WalMart. Never any help available. Better off asking a customer to help with providing help w getting something from top shelf

I don't know about the other stores but the store here and Buena Park is very good about that. Sorry that you weren't taken care of properly.
