The library is independent and operated by the city of Inglewood and not affiliated with either the City or County of LA.
It's an independent library
All county Libraries generally specify as being LA County Library - xyz Branch. City branches similarly identify as City of Los Angeles - xyz Branch. And the independent libraries will identify as either a school library, law library, public library, or medical library.
