Exactly why we no longer go there
I've been there and I never seen nor heard anyone speak Spanish in there, they always greet us. The service is slow due to the fact that they have to memorize the order their computers don't pop up like McDonald's or any other fast food. Their headsets are old and they can't hear that well through them. Quit complaining and speak up about it to their manager or go to their website. After you order they'll tell you to do a survey to tell them how they do. If you don't do it then you'll continue getting horrible service. They will take action if people do the survey and complain about. Don't write about it on social media that's just idiotic and useless. They can't see this, how are they suppose to know? You probably thinking "oh writing this will make them lose customers take that for being horrible." That doesn't improve them, just shut them down. Which is not what they want, also it's pity just so pity. Be helpful and write to the company.
That is so true it happens all the time is one reason I stopped going there.
How are you going to say they don't speak Spanish... Were you there, Honey it's the nastiest KFC in Fresno, Service Poor, Food be old and now since you butted in I'm going to make SURE IT NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. I'M GOING TO BE RIGHT THERE BOYCOTTING.... UNTIL THEY CLEAN IT UP
