I understand the food has gone downhill since the new owner has taken over. The picture of the food I have seen on Facebook look a bit sloppy and dried out. I have heard rumors that the service has gone a little south also ( people not getting in).

I don't know about new owners but I will say something changed in the last year or so. Tonight was our last chance for them to show us the goods... They failed. 1. Ordered 2 med-rare steaks for it kids, they were med-well. This is something that should never be wrong at a steak House. They have been wrong the last 3 times. (One time we actually said something to the manger and she said "it was just the light" 2. Today we went to celebrate my husband's birthday. I told the host and even dropped it again when ordering dinner. The server didn't even say anything when I ended up ordering dessert I even said what would you like birthday boy... Nothing. Not asking for anything for free about usually most restaurants will sing... 3. Prime Rib was chewy and did not melt like it should. A 14 oz probably had 3 oz of decent meat that was eddible. 4. Consistency was our original issue, now they are consistent, its consistently bad!

I do not understand the review stating there is a new owner. Someone received some misinformation. It is still owned by the same two people and the food is just as good as ever. I live not far from there and go there often.

Barbi: I dined at Tumalo Feed a while back and my barbeque ribs with baked potato and salad dinner was delicious! I haven't been in this area very long, but I would return.

It's still ok but for the money Barny prine's in Prinville is better. You will save about $7.00 for a rib eye steak dinner and the cut is bigger.

Our special of the night was salmon stuffed with crab with a sauce. It was delicious and enough for my husband and myself. Our service was great. As we had no reservations, we didn't need to wait and got our table just after seating started at 5:00. We watched as family groups came and the reservation appeared to be busy. We'd go again.

We went there back in November and it was awful. Not sure if it was the old or new owners him then. They are way overpriced for the lousy quality of steaks that they serve. Until I hear that things have changed we will never eat there again.
