The blooming onions/ chicken have a bit of a kick. The wings slightly too, if you get mild. Everybody's palate is different, but Outback does not generally have spicy food.
"Still" too spicy? Outback has never served spicy food. You're confused.
I am anti spicy food , probably due to my super whiteness. Outback's food, is definitely not spicy.
My grandchildren eat the food at Outback. They are 6&4 yo. The food, in my opinion , in general , is NOT spicy.
If there's something that you don't want spicy, you can ask them not to.
