Yes there is handicap parking but it is with the rest of the parking lots and entrances. I would recommend getting tickets in the lower field 3rd bass side or upper section(blue) over home plate. The parking and entrances there are easiest with little walking n steps. Lower parking is handicap vip area and upper is lot B. .

Yes and I believe you can ask for an escort, it can get very crowded.
