How are the restrooms like at dodgers stadium

Clean

Clean before the game starts, but in the middle of the game really bad.

Pretty clean

They were kept very clean

Decent restrooms

Public restrooms are as they used to be... if you can avoid them

Depends on where you are sitting. The lines are pretty long unless you have seats in the Dugout club, they have there own restrooms away from general public.
