Once you get off of the mountain parkway turn left. Turn right going to Gladie/ nada tunnel. Keep right after the green bridge. Take the right at the fork in the road( kayak/campsite) it's the first right after mile marker 6
It's kind of hard to explain. It's before you get very far up the mountain. About the second or third turn off to the left. At the suspension bridge parking. You'll go back the trail and about halfway down you'll see the rock.
Most definitely! I've taken my young kids as little as 3 months old down there in fact just last month my 13, 9 and 7 year old were jumping along with us adults. There some great spots
