I have no idea who the owner is but I will tell you this I've been going there for many many years at least 20 years the steaks are so awesome the bread is very very good and the salad is so cold it's a perfect place to take your family, love the decor it's Western, the menu is very good they have top sirloin filet mignon they've got some great burgers they have cheese sauce they have everything they have pies we love to go on a Sunday evening hopefully this Sunday will be going and if you go I hope you enjoy your dinner because I know I will be enjoying mine...

I don't know his name but he's been the owner for numerous years, he's very nice and hires high school students. Steak Corral has been there since I was a little girl, I'm not telling my age.
