does the pick-up department ever answer their phone??? i placed (2) separate orders for same day pick up & they were both delayed by 2-3 days and item is still pending delivery & it's been over 8 days! i'm calling to get a refund and NOBODY answers!

There's only like 1 employee at pickup area. 2 if you are veeeeery lucky. If it gets busy at the location, I can see why someone might miss calls. Still..it's not great customer service when the customer can't reach the business by call

Other walmarts do answer but you cant get a hold up try walking in or try speakong to the manager on call
