Most stores allow merchandise to be returned for whatever reason. Majority of stores also accept merchandise with no receipt. No receipt then you'll get store credit usually in a gift card. Have receipt, then cash back. Just make sure you bring an i.d. card. Most stores will honor ur return, plus they don't need any negative publicity. No need to contact the consumer agency.

They do accept returns with a receipt but depends on the type of product and their policy the type of product your returning. Double check their return policy.

With appropriate receipts I think so.
