Yes, they do have buyback, but they are backlogged and may not be able to get to yours for a couple months. And if I remember correctly they buy it at 1/3rd market value and it also depends on the condition of the cards.
Yes, they have a buy back program for all kinds of items too. The stores are usually vendors at July's Anime Expo every year too.
