The salads and sides along with several other unique Brazilian dishes are availablefrom a buffet bar. All the different meats are brought by your table where you can choose to have the server give you a portion or wave them on. They continue to rotate through all the different offerings so you could fill up on all the various items or one or several of your favorites. They do not let you take any thing home as far as what you are offered with their buffet but, they do have take out available which you can order separately
