If i forget my charge card at home can i still make purchases and charge it to my card?

You should set up Samsung Pay or Apple Pay on your phone. I have forgotten my wallet before and if it wasn't for Samsung Pay I would have had to drive all the way home. You can also use store gift cards with Samsung Pay.
