I went to the theater 9/29/18, already with tickets ordered online and ready to go. By the time my friend and I got there, all the seats were taken, including the seats that we reserved beforehand. I would like to have my money back.

ALWAYS speak up when unsatisfied!! You have that right! You should never be left unhappy when you're spending your hard earned $$

Always speak with the ushers... They could have assisted with making certain your reserved seats were respected. Normally, when i am unhappy and unsatisfied i speak with a manager or service desk immediately...

Why that's outrageous! You should not have left the theater without a full refund.

And they should give you your money bavk. That is wrong they aold your seats. You should have Skwd foe a manager.
