I'm out of town and want to order tires to be mounted while there. I'm looking at Continental Extreme Contact 255/35 ZR19 96Y MS Extra Load (Audi A4 Avant 2.0T). Or similar. What's the overall cost and can this shop do this? Thanks.

Call the store you want service from. I have used Les Schwab in another state while traveling- had an emergency and they charged services to my HomeTown account. Which was helpful and it didn't come out of the travel budget.
