Probably but I wouldn't recommend it. There's no lighting on the fairways and it's very steep in some areas. The Parks department locks the gate at sundown if I'm not mistaken so unless you're hiking in you'd have a hard time just getting to the course.
There are no lights and the walkays/paths are not paved. I would not recommend it.
