There is not a buffet for lunch or dinner. There is only breakfast buffet in the first floor Western restaurant, and a traditional Japanese breakfast (not buffet, Prix fixe) in the 6 floor restaurant.
When we were there in the afternoon there was no mention of a buffet anywhere.
I think lunch is a buffet but dinner is off the menu
