So i go to the little ceasers tonight sore 00001-02803 in Knoxville tn on broadway. I walk in at 910. There is a young girl taking a order she walks away when she done and go to the back talking to coworkers. About 10 min later yes i waited about 10 min another girl come up. Its now 920 she going to tell me they are cleaning and not make any more pizza. I have to buy what they have. Both dried out a d not what I want . When I tell her they close at 10 she gets an attitude and go tell a young man anf I quote "chris you need to come deal with her because Im not. As Im talking to the young man she talking and being rude. I asked her to lose her attitude im a paying customer and I already have waited longer than i should have had to wait. The young man said thank you and go back to the back. A guy walks in she take his order a lady walk in she take her order. Im like REALLY you still have not taken my order. She tells me whatever we just did. And i have reached my limit to write.
Posting to google wont do much help if you're lookin to get some assistance. I'd call corporate office and have them mail you a replacement pizza coupon. Goodluck
They both cost the same but you didn't get your right order. I would say the employee picked up the wrong boxes. I was in the store last week and only one register was opened. My order was delayed. At busy times both registers should be open.
