No it not actually painful. Again it depends on your injury. They actually get you back on track strengthen your weak muscles and get you back with full motion. I personally recommend Walker's Clinic on Bradley in Menifee. They've helped me soooo much with my past injuries.

It can be but it depends on what type of injury, or damage there is, and what the Dr wants done. The therapists work hard to make you better with as little pain as possible.
