Go to GMFloral inside the Flower market, best selection and they'll get it for you if not in stock, they also have everything else accessory wise that you'll need and they usually have the best prices too. I get 95% of my supplies there.
Try Moskatells next door to the Flowermart.
In my opinion they do. There is a separate shop in the building that just sells those items. Was there about a week ago getting stuff for my stepsons wedding.
