Jeff, sorry, we've tried that before, The poor DJ just sits there for two hours waiting for people to participate. 11pm is the best time for us to start based on our regular customers. Our karaoke hosts are under a contractual agreement for 2 1/2 hours. To move karaoke to 9pm would leave us without that entertainment from 11:30pm until close. As stated earlier, the majority of our regular customers arrive around 11pm. Boo Radley's Tavern is a private, members only bar. We rely on those members heavily for their support because we aren't an "open-to-the-public" location. 10 guaranteed customers would not negate the loss of revenue we would see for our members should we stop karaoke at 11:30pm. May we suggest finding another venue who does host karaoke earlier in the evenings and then coming to Boo's for our karaoke after the other venue's karaoke has stopped.
