Two forms of ID and proof of address.
Proof of citizenship or legal immigrant status, such as a birth certificate, passport or green card. Proof of residency, such as an utility bill or executed lease and if it's your 1st time obtaining a Florida drivers license they might require you to have your social security card as well.
