No one accepts unsolicited submissions in Hollywood. The risk of lawsuit over stolen intellectual property is too high. You will need to enter a contest/open call, or get an agent or entertainment lawyer to submit it for you. However Amazon does have a open call submission process on their website. FYI I do not work for Netflix, and more information is available on their website
What the other people have said is correct, you can't send in an unsolicited screenplay. The company has a help page on it's site that explains this, but basically you need to go through an agent/ manager/ producer, who already has a relationship with Netflix.
Nope, no unsolicited materials of any kind. Gotta go through the right channels. What those are? Google search: cause I have no clue tbh. But I'm pretty sure they involve a contact of some kind (agent, producer, etc), that has a pre-established business relationship with Netflix.
