U can get an app by calling early..preferably by 9:30 am...after that they may not answer phone....u have to be a marine resident.....also there is a program in which if u qualify u can get a $450 gas card free... These people are at the building across the old Sears ...forgot the street but the street number is 555....great deal if qualify...u can only do this once a year.

No need for an appointment your best bet is to show up at 10:45 in the morning Monday through Friday and sign up for the help desk. Monday through Friday 10:45 a.m. come in 822 B Street and sign up for the help desk and they can help you
