If the VMC box office (north end of the main entrance plaza) is not open, go to the main Rose Quarter box office by walking directly toward Moda Center ant turning right shortly before you get there. It is across from Moda's north entrance.
If you are standing in line to get in the ticket office is to the right of the front doors. Just follow the signs to the ticket office.
